About the Role NVH Engineer I will evaluate, test, and develop total vehicle performance with a focus on Noise and Vibration (NVH) and ride & handling for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles in the North American market as a member of the Vehicle Test & Development groups.
The groups are responsible for total vehicle performance, NVH performance, or ride & handling test and development activities in support of prototype and pilot vehicle development to ensure development vehicle performance meets or exceeds customer expectations in North America.
The groups’ main function is evaluation, testing, and development of vehicle performance to support prototype and pilot programs, aiming to deliver best-in-class vehicles for the North American market. What You'll Do
- Evaluate, test, and develop total vehicle performance, NVH performance, and ride & handling characteristics for North American Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles
- Collaborate within Vehicle Test & Development groups to support prototype and pilot vehicle development
- Analyze test data and translate findings into actionable improvements to meet customer expectations in diverse road and environmental conditions
- Support ongoing validation activities to ensure performance targets are achieved and maintained What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in NVH, vehicle testing, and development in the automotive sector
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and communicate results effectively
- Familiarity with prototype and pilot vehicle development processes is a plus
