About the Role
A full-time, non-tenure track Nursing Pathway faculty position at the University of Saint Francis in Crown Point, IN starting August 15, 2026. The role requires a Nursing specialization, an active Indiana RN license, and experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction for students in clinical and classroom settings in coordination with established program objectives.
What You'll Do
- Teach and assess students in clinical and classroom settings, aligning with established program and course objectives
- Manage a teaching load of 32-34 credit hours per academic year
- Plan, implement, and evaluate instructional activities and assessments; engage in professional development
- Collaborate across the Pathway, the University, and the community; contribute to advancing the Catholic and Franciscan Mission
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; master's or doctorate preferred
- Nursing specialization with current Indiana RN license
- Experience teaching in clinical and classroom settings, with ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate instruction
- Commitment to collaboration, service, and advancing the Catholic and Franciscan Mission
- Nice to Have
- Master’s or Doctorate degree; additional nursing education or research experience (preferred)
