About the Role
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and compliance support for the School of Nursing’s laboratory and simulation environments. This role coordinates daily lab activities, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with Ohio Board of Nursing regulations and CCNE accreditation standards. It serves as the operational backbone of the LRC, enabling high-quality learning through scalable systems and effective coordination among faculty, students, staff, and external partners. The Coordinator works closely with the LRC Director, simulation leadership, and faculty to ensure that laboratory environments are efficient, compliant, and aligned with instructional and programmatic needs. This position does not provide direct instruction but enables high-quality learning through operational excellence.
