About the Role Bushnell University’s School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position to teach primarily in the Accelerated BSN (ABSN) pre-licensure program in Eugene, Oregon. The role includes developing, implementing, and evaluating the accelerated BSN curriculum, teaching on campus (and some online RN-to-BSN courses as assigned), and collaborating with the Dean of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and other faculty to deliver high-quality nursing education.

What You'll Do

• Provide instruction for clinical, skills lab, simulation, and/or didactic nursing theory courses as assigned.
• Supervise student clinical experiences in long-term care, acute care, specialty areas, community health and/or other settings.
• Engage with students to support learning and achievement of course outcomes in collaboration with facility primary nurses.
• Deliver current content that is well organized and supports critical thinking and student success, in coordination with other faculty.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and other campus faculty to promote the Accelerated BSN and other nursing programs within the community and at events; participate in related service to the program.
• Support the missions of Bushnell University and the School of Nursing; perform other duties as assigned.
