Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
