About the Role This Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant role is with Charles River Medical Associates in a busy oncology/hematology ambulatory clinic with an infusion service, based in Framingham, MA. The NP/PA will provide direct patient care under physician supervision, performing assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans to support patient care and disease management. What You'll Do
- Assess patients, perform physical examinations, and document findings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the NP/PA scope
- Prescribe medications under the supervising physician agreement and prescriptive authority
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate and coordinate with the care team
- Triage telephone calls and educate patients on disease management and prevention
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team; document in EPIC/EMR
- Manage care plans for oncology/infusion patients in ambulatory setting What We're Looking For
- Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with current prescriptive authority
- Ambulatory oncology/infusion clinic experience preferred
- EPIC/EMR experience preferred; documentation in EMR required
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment, and communication skills
- Ability to work under supervision and function within scope of practice Nice to Have

- Salary: $60-$80 per hour
- Hours: Part-time (ideally 3 days per week) with potential for full-time
