Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Flexible Schedule
Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | In-Office + Telehealth
We’re hiring Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing medical practice in Brooklyn. This opportunity is open to providers from a variety of clinical backgrounds. Urgent care experience is not required. If you’re looking for a full-time position, part-time schedule, weekend work, or additional shifts around your current role, we’d like to speak with you. Medicare ID required must have Active New York Medicaid Provider ID

What You’ll Do: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients; Manage common acute illnesses and outpatient medical conditions; Conduct in-office and telehealth visits; Prescribe medications within your scope of practice; Determine when referral or escalation of care is appropriate; Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.
Required
Qualifications

Active New York NP or PA license; Active New York Medicaid Provider ID; Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills; Comfortable treating common outpatient conditions; Strong communication and bedside manner.

Experience may come from urgent care, family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, community health, walk-in clinics, telehealth, or other outpatient settings. Urgent care experience is NOT required.
