About this role
About the company
Steadfast Health was founded to establish a new standard of substance use disorder (SUD) care. Recognizing that traditional treatment methods often fall short of reaching patients when they’re most in need, Steadfast is relentlessly focused on making low-barrier, high quality care accessible to all.
At our Winston-Salem clinic we will provide Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level services, so patients can receive medical care and structured therapeutic support in one coordinated setting. The clinic is slated to open January 11, 2027, and you would join as one of its founding team members, alongside a Clinic Manager, Medical Assistant, Peer Recovery Specialist, Therapist, and Case Manager, who are being hired now. You will have a real voice in shaping how this clinic runs from day one.
Steadfast Health is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Winston-Salem clinic, providing outpatient care for patients with substance use disorders (SUD). You will evaluate and manage patients using evidence-based treatment, including medication for addiction treatment (MAT), as part of a collaborative team of physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists.
