Job title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About the Role Curative Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care to adults (18+) through telemedicine, with hybrid in-person care in downtown Austin (preferred) or fully remote. Providers will see patients in both Texas and Florida.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18+) via secure telemedicine; hybrid providers will also deliver in-office care in the Austin clinic.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, review histories, perform physicals as appropriate, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records; collaborate with supervising physicians and fellow APPs; coordinate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Leverage telemedicine to deliver high-quality, convenient care; contribute to clinical services and program development.
- Comply with state regulations in Texas and Florida.
What We're Looking For
- NP: Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice; board-certified FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC.
- PA: Master’s degree from an accredited PA program; PA-C certification by NCCPA.
- Experience: Hybrid role requires minimum 3 years direct in-person primary care; Remote role requires minimum 5 years.
- Licenses: Active, unencumbered Texas APRN (for NP) or PA license; Florida Telehealth License or ability to obtain; must see patients in both states.
- Telemedicine experience; excellent clinical and diagnostic skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative/team-oriented mindset; Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
- Startup environment adaptability; flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
