About the Role A nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology will provide acute/primary health care within the Mount Sinai Health System as part of Mount Sinai Fuster Heart at Mount Sinai Doctors-Flatbush. This is a full-time, days position in Brooklyn, involving direct patient care, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership
- Assess patients to determine treatment needs and monitor progress
- Prescribe medications in accordance with scope of practice and policy
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care What We're Looking For
- Master's-prepared nurse practitioner with NY RN license
- NY NP certification
- BLS certification
- Previous progressive clinical experience
- Collaborative practice agreement required Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $146,000 - $168,000 per year
- Location: Brooklyn, NY; Onsite
- Full-time, daytime schedule (Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm)
