Job title: Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic
About the Role Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic role focused on delivering non-surgical aesthetic treatments and guiding patients from initial consult through long-term results. You’ll be the clinical expert patients trust, owning the full treatment journey in a high-volume clinic environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; design individualized treatment plans; and conduct consultations.
- Assess patients, plan treatments, and provide follow-up care to achieve long-term results.
- Document accurately in a fully digital EMR and stay engaged in a fast-paced clinic floor.
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure seamless care across multiple locations (up to 3 sites).
- Manage the patient experience from first consult through long-term results and ongoing care.
What We're Looking For
- Current NP license (state-issued).
- Background in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg) or aesthetics preferred but not required; willingness to train in aesthetics.
- Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
- Weekend availability; comfortable in a high-volume environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
- Ability to work at multiple locations within a 30-mile radius.
Nice to Have
- Prior aesthetics practice experience; enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth.
- Experience with a custom EMR and FDA-cleared technologies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay + $5/hr weekend differential; base $65/hr with potential to reach $70/hr on weekends.
- Full-time hours (32–40 hrs/week); no overnights.
