About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive Nurse to support our telehealth operations by managing patient messages, addressing clinical inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote healthcare environment and communicating clearly with patients and medical providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to patient messages through our telehealth platform.
- Address routine clinical questions within the nurse's scope of practice.
- Escalate complex medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Monitor pending patient messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with medical providers to resolve patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications.
- Follow established clinical protocols and patient privacy standards, including HIPAA.
Requirements

Active US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).

Previous experience in patient care, telehealth, or clinical support.

Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize patient inquiries and manage multiple requests.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or telehealth platforms.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
