About the Role ATI is hiring enthusiastic nurse educators to help prepare students for NCLEX success. These roles are hired on an as-needed basis and may be performed in person at client sites or virtually, across multiple regions. What You'll Do
- Utilize technology to provide live instruction to support participants preparing for NCLEX
- Understand ATI products and solutions to assist customers
- Implement consistent processes to deliver high-quality reviews What We're Looking For
- Completed Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Active Registered Nursing License
- Knowledge of NCLEX Blueprint
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching nursing academics in a College/University setting; 5+ years preferred
- Knowledge of ATI Products preferred
- A computer with reliable internet access
- Demonstrated engaging presentation style and professionalism
- Demonstrated technological competence with a variety of applications
- Ability to create a collaborative atmosphere with faculty and students
- Ability to communicate clear expectations and establish realistic goals
- Ability to guide students to identify personal learning needs; challenge and support critical-thinking skills; creatively present essential content; use interactive strategies Nice to Have
