Location: Wandsworth Pay: £38.25 per hour Shifts: Days - Term Time: 8am - 4pm | Out Of Term Time: 8am - 6pm Applicants for registered paediatric/RNC only

What you’ll do

• We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to support a 6 year old child in their home with complex clinical needs and will be working alongside the child and her younger sibling. This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family, while delivering high-quality, nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and development, using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent, person-centred care in a warm home environment.

Qualifications

• What you’ll need

• Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin with 3 years of experience as a fully qualified paediatric nurse.

• A background Complex Care Nursing

• Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client

• To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate

• Previous and recent paediatric complex nurse experience is essential.

• Experience with TPN is essential for this role.
