Job title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Logan Health is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Kalispell. This role involves performing Nuclear Medicine (NM) and PET/CT procedures, coordinating patient care, and upholding high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures following current protocols
- Coordinate patient care and flow, assisting patients as needed
- Maintain competency, quality control standards, and understanding of exam protocols
- Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine and/or Radiological Technology
- Current Montana Radiological Technology License as required by law
- Minimum of one of ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) NMTCB or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) certification
- Registered in Nuclear Medicine NMTCB and/or ARRT (Nuclear Medicine), or must obtain within 18 months of hire
- CPR current preferred or must be obtained during orientation
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy
- Valid driver's license for personal or company vehicle use; clean driving record in last 36 months
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter, and critical thinker
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software
