About the Role Lead the integration of next-generation Silicon Carbide-based power electronics into Wolfspeed's state-of-the-art production facilities. Manage the new product lifecycle from initial setup to optimization and yield improvements, collaborating with R&D, Process Engineering, and Operations to ensure product performance and manufacturability.

What You'll Do

• Lead NPI and technology transfer for SiC-based power electronics into Wolfspeed production facilities, driving first-pass qualification.
• Build plans across integration and process teams for development, process windowing, spec validation, and creation of process manuals with Cpk and process control plans.
• Window new processes in development, tune process knobs, and engage Process Engineering early to share knowledge and document interactions.
• Work with R&D to evaluate manufacturability of new designs and assess integration.
• Analyze data using statistical methods to drive process, efficiency, and quality improvements.
• Establish cross-functional relationships to enable cohesive learning and problem solving.
• Document and train the transfer of new processes to manufacturing, including capacity planning, characterization, OCAPs, FMEAs, and process control plans.

What We're Looking For

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor environment, specifically within diffusion and ion implant modules.
• Understanding of semiconductor processes, integration, and equipment in fabrication.
• Proficient in technical writing and presentations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Silicon Carbide and power electronics.
• Familiarity with DOE and process characterization techniques.

Compensation & Benefits

• USD 81,000.00 - 111,000.00 per year.
