About the Role EMEA Category Buyer for Services within ContiTech Purchasing. The role focuses on regional (EMEA) tactical purchasing of Services, supporting cost optimization and supplier partnerships, in collaboration with the Global Category Head and Regional Cluster Manager. What You'll Do
- Drive all related purchasing activities in the EMEA region related to HR Services (temp labor, trainings and seminars, security services, employee benefits, etc.).
- Manage consulting, marketing, communication, travel, fleet, food, freight, and other services; negotiate with suppliers for best commercial and operational terms.
- Conduct tenders, prepare Sourcing Decisions Sheets, ensure BPBoC/NDA signatures, manage contracts, and drive supplier coverage.
- Ensure SAP-based order processing via CTOS/SAP and handle complaints and internal/external communications.
- Collaborate with Global Category Head and Regional Cluster Manager on strategy, synergies, and process improvements; support special projects. What We're Looking For
- University degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) preferred; 3+ years in category management, procurement, or supply chain in multi-country/EMEA environment.
- Strong analytics and Excel skills; proficient in SAP R/3 + S/4; excellent communicator across cultures and functions.
- Ability to negotiate, identify synergies, manage vendors, and align with internal customer strategy. Nice to Have
- Related certifications; experience in HR services, travel, or regional procurement in EMEA; SAP S/4 familiarity. Compensation & Benefits
