About the Role
The NPM Buyer Intern supports non-production material purchases (indirect material) within ZF's procurement organization. You will assist with supplier search, RFQs, price comparisons, PO creation, and invoice-related issue resolution, while providing service to stakeholders. This role offers a pathway to contribute to the future of mobility within a global engineering environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Nonproduction material purchase – Indirect Material
- Search suppliers and request for quotes
- Price comparison and supplier selection
- Purchase order creation
- Invoice hold resolution – Review invoice mismatch against PO
- Provide customer service regarding requests for quotes and the purchasing process to the stakeholders
- Purchase Order delivery follow up when needed
What We're Looking For
- Student enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (administrative, economics or engineer)
- Medium/Advanced English required
- Microsoft Office Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of an ERP is desirable
Nice to Have
- Power BI preferred
