The NPI Program & Deployment Coordinator supports the Global NPI Program Manager in driving cross-functional NPI initiatives, process governance, deployment activities, and user adoption across AGCO. This role serves as a key facilitator between Project Leaders, Business Partners, and functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful execution of NPI-related processes and tools. The position combines project coordination, change management, communication, and continuous improvement activities to enhance the overall NPI user experience and program effectiveness. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a passion for collaboration, and an interest in digital communication, visualization, and user-centric design.
