Job title: NPI & ES Planner
About the Role Skyworks is seeking an NPI & ES Planner to drive cross-functional alignment across NPI, Development, and Operations to secure wafer start readiness and meet First In-House (FIH) targets on schedule. The role also leads ES planning, capacity verification, lot coordination, WIP monitoring, and executive-ready reporting to maintain schedule integrity.
What You'll Do
- Drive cross-functional alignment across NPI, Development, and Operations to secure wafer start readiness and FI targets on schedule.
- Deliver accurate ES projections for ES completion and shipment, ensuring commitments are met.
- Confirm wafer start, FI, VI, and tool/resource availability to support ES demand without disruption.
- Plan NTI/DOE starts, FI, and VI activities with NPI and Development, balancing priorities and timelines.
- Track ES WIP and drive dispositions promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
- Prepare and present NPI status reports for internal reviews and executive updates, highlighting risks and mitigations.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Prior planning experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of filter process cycle times and product quality accountability.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
