Join Novartis as a Senior Pharmaceutical Representative / Senior Product Specialist (Sales) in Shanghai, China. The role focuses on promoting Novartis products to key healthcare professionals, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Promote Novartis pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the Shanghai territory, delivering product information and demonstrations as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, hospital procurement teams, and distributors. Achieve sales targets and contribute to market access and demand generation initiatives. Collect customer insights and competitor information to inform strategic plans.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare products in China; strong track record is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel within assigned territory. Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field; valid sales license in China preferred.
Knowledge of local market access dynamics; experience with hospital-based sales. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in English preferred.
