We are seeking a Senior/Experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for Novartis in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on promoting Novartis pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and supporting market growth.
Promote Novartis products to physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in Shanghai. Build and maintain relationships with customers; achieve sales targets. Deliver product trainings and clinical information; collect market feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Medical Affairs to execute launches and campaigns. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical devices (Senior level preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment; ability to travel within region. Mandarin fluency; knowledge of regional guidelines.
Prior experience with neuromuscular products (not required).
