Work on building and scaling a secure, AI-powered platform for financial services. The role focuses on embedding AI into developer workflows to accelerate secure innovation while maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
What You'll Do
- Help design, build, and maintain an all-in-one, AI-powered platform that minimizes the need for third-party tools and keeps developers in flow.
- Collaborate on security-focused development practices to reduce data breaches and fraud by integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve speed and efficiency by enabling automated, AI-assisted development and CI/CD workflows using enterprise-ready tools.
- Contribute to streamlined operations and enhanced developer creativity on a single secure platform.
- Engage with regulatory compliance tooling and secure-supply-chain practices through embedded security testing and AI-powered tooling.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered developer tooling or platforms.
- Understanding of secure SDLC and regulatory/compliance considerations in financial services.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate security requirements into developer-friendly processes.
- Interest in DevOps practices and innersource/open-source collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with innersource or open-source collaboration models.
- Interest in applying AI to DevOps and financial services.
- Knowledge of secure supply chain practices and financial industry security standards.
