What You'll Do
- Provide proactive loss control and safety training tailored to healthcare and human services environments, with practical on-site support.
- Address common risks including lifting and transfers, client handling, slips/trips/falls, and safer patient movement and documentation practices.
- Support prevention reimbursements for select efforts (e.g., ice cleats to prevent winter slips; SawStop table saw safety; post-offer / pre-placement physicals).
- Deliver dedicated, hands-on claims management, from investigation to nurse case management coordination and return-to-work support.
- Facilitate access to a managed care network and a straightforward payment structure (no premium deposit, 12 equal installments, potential for surplus distribution when available).
