About the Role Education ABSI is seeking a motivated IT services professional to support educational institutions with software, cloud, networking, and IT operations. This role focuses on delivering customized IT solutions that help schools streamline programs, scale operations, and reduce costs, while providing long-term support.
What You'll Do
- Deliver tech support, cloud environments, networking, and Microsoft Office 365 solutions to academic institutions.
- Assess client needs and design customized IT solutions aligned with strategic, operational, and financial goals.
- Implement and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure; support paperless initiatives and application deployments; manage data storage, disaster recovery, hardware and software procurement, and network managed services.
- Provide on-call support and establish long-term IT partnerships with education customers.
- Collaborate on Web Design and Web Execution projects to deliver engaging educational sites.
- Work with clients on Strategic Technology Planning to align IT with institutional goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting educational institutions or similar organizations with IT services.
- Knowledge of data storage, disaster recovery, hardware and software procurement, network managed services, and Office 365/cloud environments.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical IT solutions and provide long-term support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Web Design/Web Execution projects and strategic technology planning.
