What You'll Do
- Deliver and support BACK TO WORK 50+ program activities, including free workshops, coaching, and resources to help people over 50 compete in today’s dynamic workplace.
- Support SCSEP by coordinating with local nonprofits and public agencies to match eligible older jobseekers with opportunities that build skills and confidence while earning a modest income.
- Collaborate with program partners and funders to ensure effective program delivery and communication of outcomes.
- Promote participation in workforce programs and help participants access digital training and upskilling resources.
