Allstate is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join its growing virtual sales team. In this fully remote role, you'll engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS to identify insurance needs, recommend suitable coverage, and convert warm leads into policyholders—without cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell insurance products using warm inbound and outbound leads. Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and text messaging. Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. Maintain all required insurance licenses and regulatory compliance.
