About this role
Infineon Technologies is seeking a Clean Room Warehouse Management professional in Shanghai, China.
- Setup and manage 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) performance, including KPIs, quality, accuracy, cost, and audits.
- Establish cleanroom and logistics handling standard operating procedures and implement them at the 3PL warehouse.
- Coordinate with internal customers, forwarders, and 3PL on prioritization.
- Closely communicate and monitor progress until delivery completion.
- Proactively collaborate with 3PL to identify improvement opportunities, implement controls, and continuously enhance quality.
- Serve as the key contact and first-level escalation point for all OSAT China die bank related issues.
- Responsible for detailed planning and solution implementation at 3PL for any change management involving OSAT die bank.
- Drive cost and productivity improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by the manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent; at least 5 years of related work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; independent, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement; able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP is an added advantage.
