About the Role Live Nation's Backstage Hospitality team delivers exceptional backstage experiences for artists, crew, and touring teams. We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Chef who thrives in fast-paced, show-driven environments and understands the elevated expectations of artist catering.
What You'll Do
- Execute backstage catering for artists and crew, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialty diets, and rider-specific requests.
- Prepare high-quality main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and specialty snacks with attention to presentation and dietary requirements.
- Review artist riders in advance and ensure all culinary requirements are met.
