About the Role CEVA Logistics seeks a NORTAM Sr. Quality Manager to cascade quality objectives across multiple US locations, partner with Business Development to interpret customer requirements, and drive risk mitigation and process improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance with CEVA's QHSE framework. What You'll Do
- Partner with Business Development, Operations & Products teams to provide technical guidance/oversight relating to ISO, legal & regulatory requirements, enabling & assisting with strategy development & execution (not limited to new business)
- Review RFIs, RFPs, Scopes of Work & legal documentation for new customer, partner, or supplier opportunities; identify risk & action; devise solutions and present to internal/external stakeholders as applicable
- Cascade quality objectives and performance measurement across multiple locations across the United States; monitor compliance with Standards and Customer requirements
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and mitigate risk, eliminate waste, standardize, streamline and improve business processes, and increase operational efficiencies
- Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate, strict adherence to customer, legal and location/country & regional QHS&E Management System requirements, and alignment with CEVA’s Global & NORTAM Framework
- Report/present deficiencies, generate and execute correction plans to solve accordingly; coordinate with all stakeholders on Customer complaints and CAPA
- Perform Internal Audits with the objective of ensuring compliance with Standards and Customer requirements What We're Looking For
- Experience providing technical guidance/oversight relating to ISO, legal & regulatory requirements; capable of assisting with strategy development & execution
- Ability to review RFIs/RFPs/SOWs & legal documentation for new opportunities and identify risk & action; propose solutions for internal/external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple locations in the United States and coordinate with cross-functional teams Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD per year
