About the Role Sinch AB seeks a Nomination Committee Member to participate in governance and board oversight through the Nomination Committee. The role involves working with committee members to review candidates for the board and related governance matters, helping ensure diverse and representative nominations.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the Nomination Committee discussions for board appointments and governance matters.
- Engage with stakeholders represented on the Nomination Committee, including Neqst D2 AB, Fjärde AP-fonden, Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, and Alecta Tjänstepension, to understand perspectives on candidates.
- Assist in preparing proposals to the Nomination Committee and coordinate with the Board Chair Erik Fröberg.
- Communicate committee decisions as appropriate to Sinch AB's leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in corporate governance, board recruitment, or related processes.
- Ability to collaborate with institutional investors and pension funds.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with multiple committees (Nomination, Audit, Remuneration).
