Responsibilities

Greet and check-in late arriving guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints during the night shift

Manage and update reservations and ensure accurate guest information

Perform night audits and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions

Requirements
-
Prior experience as a Night Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions during night shifts

Professional and friendly demeanor

Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software
-
Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
