About the Role The Night Cleaner role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming Chili's environment while helping maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced kitchen. You will contribute to delivering quality service by upholding safety and sanitation standards and working closely with team members. What You'll Do
- Ensure food is prepared to company standards and specifications
- Keep food orders continuously flowing from the kitchen
- Control the pace of the food orders
