About this role
The Novotel Evry-Courcouronnes, part of the ACCOR group, is seeking Night Auditor extras to join our reception team during the season. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest safety, and supporting the night-time operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and care for guests throughout their stay, respond to their needs, and uphold service quality as non-negotiable.
- Ensure the safety of guests and the property, and make required decisions in emergencies (fire, security, health, etc.).
- Manage all reception activities during the night shift.
- Prepare and complete the daily close following established processes.
- Contribute to revenue growth by preparing and completing financial reports.
- Advise guests on local sights and dining options, and share current highlights you have experienced.
- Represent and communicate the hotel’s CSR commitments to guests.
Qualifications include:
- A positive, friendly, and engaging personality that helps guests and colleagues feel welcome.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to create a memorable stay for guests.
- Autonomy to work independently while remaining integrated within the team.
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel.
- Organized with strong anticipation and planning abilities.
- Ability to interact in English with non-French-speaking guests.
