IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

• Als Niederlassungsleiter / OT Lead tragen Sie die Ergebnisverantwortung für die Niederlassung Stuttgart.
• Sie übernehmen die wirtschaftliche sowie strategische Steuerung der Niederlassung mit der Maßgabe des Ausbaus und der Optimierung.
• Dies beinhaltet die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Erreichung der Wachstums- und Profitabilitätsziele der Niederlassung unter Beachtung der Unternehmensrichtlinien.
• Zudem tragen Sie die Personalverantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter im kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Bereich.
• Des Weiteren repräsentieren Sie das Unternehmen bei Kunden, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
• Darüber Hinaus erstellen Sie regelmäßige Reportings inkl. Forecasting für die Geschäftsführung.
• Nicht zuletzt machen Sie sich die Vereinheitlichung und Vereinfachung interner Abläufe zum Ziel, um kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität im Servicegeschäft zu erreichen.

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

• Sie bringen einen Diplom-/Masterabschluss idealerweise als Wirtschaftsingenieur oder techn. Betriebswirt mit.
• Sie haben bereits nachweisbare Erfolge, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, erzielt.
• Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr unternehmerisches Handeln sowie Ihre dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit mit Vorbildwirkung aus.
• Ihre ausgeprägte Durchsetzungs-, Problemlöse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Ihr Organisationsgeschick zeichnen Sie aus.
• Im Umgang mit MS-Office 365 sind Sie versiert.
• Darüber hinaus haben Sie fließende Deutsche- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Außerdem besitzen Sie einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
