About the Role LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam is seeking a Nhân Viên Điều Phối Kho (Team Coordinator) to manage warehouse activities and lead the team in daily operations. This role ensures timely material supply to production, drives process improvements, and maintains safety and 5S standards across the plant.
What You'll Do
- Act as temporary shift supervisor to manage all warehouse activities in the area.
- Lead by example to support team members and promote teamwork and engagement.
- Coordinate and guide daily operational tasks, actively participating to ensure smooth material supply for production and other materials across the plant as needed.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to resolve or report issues.
- Support and mentor the team in daily tasks, and report to direct management when necessary.
- Ensure the team meets KPI targets for SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People); when not met, implement appropriate improvement actions.
- Operate multiple warehouse processes, train standard operating procedures, and coordinate training activities for the team.
- Propose process improvements and update procedures and documentation; coordinate with training leaders.
- Conduct scheduled process verifications; act on and report any process violations using the agreed metrics.
- Operate forklift trucks including C15; lead safety and 5S audits and implement corrective actions.
- Understand and use the Warehouse Management System (COMBI) as the foundation for all material movement via scanner or computer.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, especially when operating forklifts.
- Maintain orderly workstation and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations; safeguard equipment, tools, and assets in your area.
- Report any warehouse status or non-compliance to management in a timely manner.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (THPT) or higher.
