Job title: NGBA Process Improvement & Digitalization Lead – G-EDM Manufacturing
About the Role As the global point of contact for G-EDM Manufacturing processes, you will lead the development, optimization and automation of processes across multiple production sites and guide site leads to define the NGBA end-state solution. You will regularly analyze processes and the IT environment to drive continuous improvements and alignment. This role spans process improvement, change management and global coordination to advance NGBA implementations in Manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in the development, optimization and automation of manufacturing processes across production sites, and guide site leads to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models.
- Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and best practices to drive further development and alignment.
- Identify global and country-specific features, enable NGBA workshops for Manufacturing, drive role-based training for users across G-EDM, and develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress, represent G-EDM in communities and forums, and build an internal G-EDM Manufacturing expert community.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting manufacturing process improvement, digitalization initiatives, and NGBA/G-EDM related activities across multiple sites or regions.
- Ability to guide production site leads across countries to define end-state solutions and finalize process models.
- Experience with process analysis, IT environment assessment, and adoption of best practices to drive alignment.
- Experience delivering workshops, role-based training, and developing user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions.
- Strong stakeholder management and global coordination skills, with the ability to communicate progress to diverse audiences.
