About the Role The NFP Nursing Supervisor will lead the Nurse-Family Partnership program in Reading, PA, overseeing staff and managing program operations to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery. The role emphasizes program fidelity, reporting, and collaboration with community partners to support families. What You'll Do
- Oversee staff and supervise the Nurse-Family Partnership program to ensure smooth operation and quality service.
- Manage program operations and ensure compliance with NFP fidelity standards and reporting requirements.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, and prepare regular reports for leadership and funders.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and families to coordinate services and referrals.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Nursing required, current nursing license in good standing.
- Experience in public/community health and maternal/child services.
- Program management and supervision skills.
- Ability to oversee NFP fidelity and reporting. Compensation & Benefits
- Part-time, hourly pay at $35/hr.
