About the Role The Next Frontier Strategic Initiatives Manager supports reporting on the program and executes key strategic initiatives for the Next Frontier portfolio. This role works closely with the Global Next Frontier Tech/AI Leader and the Operations Lead to ensure consistent reporting and successful delivery of strategic priorities. What You'll Do
- Own the leadership reporting cadence by consolidating inputs into executive-ready updates, dashboards, and briefing materials with clear narrative, progress, risks, and decision asks.
- Translate executive guidance into actionable plans and drive follow-through across stakeholders to closure for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution across the Next Frontier portfolio.
- Support broader portfolio reporting processes and maintain consistency across initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years in technology-related environments; experience supporting senior leadership in complex initiatives; experience working in global, matrixed delivery environments.
- Skills: Clear, concise executive communication and presentation capability; strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influence skills; entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to get things done in a startup-like environment.
- Location/Availability: Buenos Aires, Argentina; flexible to cover US-West Coast (PST) work timings.
