About the Role The NewPSC Manager is a Phlebotomist responsible for patient blood collection and specimen preparation, while also serving as the operations manager for the designated patient service center (PSC). This role oversees Natera’s phlebotomy program at the specified location and may supervise other phlebotomists to support patient volume growth. What You'll Do
- Identify the best method for retrieving blood from patients.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Perform screening procedures.
- Act as operations manager for the designated patient service center (PSC).
- Oversee Natera’s phlebotomy program at the specified location.
- Depending on growth opportunities, oversee other phlebotomists as needed. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of phlebotomy experience.
- Experience overseeing phlebotomy staff and PSC operations; strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in New Port Richey, FL.
