About the Role New Product Quality Specialist (NPQ) is a platform core team member responsible for all aspects of Quality affecting New Product Development and Current Product Quality. CPQ tracks the performance of Noida-produced tractors in India and global markets using sources such as WRS (Global warranty Tool), dealer feedback, warranty data, field visit reports, Brand Service and regional Product Support / Quality team feedback. The role targets SBP warranty cost, time to fix, and failure rate improvements for the responsible Product Lines produced in India and sold globally. What You'll Do
- Collect and analyze all available information regarding product performance in the field for the assigned model range from sources including ASIST, Warranty, Quality Tracking, field visit reports, Brand Service and regional Product Support / Quality team’s feedback.
