About the Role The New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Owner will join Motorola Solutions’ Global IT team to drive planning, design, and development of NPIs. This role partners with business and IT leaders to translate needs into actionable requirements and to deliver integrated customer experiences within guard rails.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and translate into IT requirements, driving the product roadmap within guard rails.
• Collaborate with the CX team to design simple NPIs experiences and enable cross-sell opportunities across recent mergers and acquisitions.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features with business partners, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements; work with developers and cross-functional SMEs.
• Define success metrics, QA processes, and reporting; maintain a clear product vision aligned to business objectives.
• Drive integrated customer experiences across ecosystems and ensure adoption.
• Participate in scrums of items forming the product & feature pipeline.
• Partner with CX and IT teams to streamline offers.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience AND 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Proven experience in designing, troubleshooting, and addressing challenges in the NPI domain; strong cross-functional collaboration and Agile proficiency.
• Executive communication, decisive leadership, collaborative mindset, analytical rigor, professional integrity, and proactive advocacy for process improvement.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional IT requirements; backlog management; stakeholder management; comfortable working with developers and SMEs.
• Familiarity with driving delivery metrics, QA processes, and product adoption.
• This is a remote role with a Chicago hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week) preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration and cross-sell initiatives.
• Data-driven decision making and product analytics experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $160,000 - $170,000 USD yearly.
• Incentive Bonus Plan.
• This position is remote; Chicago hybrid schedule preferred.
