About the Role We are seeking a dedicated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home-based healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide basic nursing care to patients and help them achieve their health goals. This position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.
What You'll Do
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Help patients achieve their health goals and support routine nursing tasks in a fast-paced home-based environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
What We're Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and compassionate toward patients.
- Prior CNA, HHA, or medical assistant experience required.
- No weekends or holidays.
