About the Role We are seeking a dedicated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide basic nursing care to patients and help them achieve their health goals, typically in a home-based care setting. What You'll Do
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Assist with activities of daily living and contribute to care plans.
- Monitor patients and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to support health goals.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development. What We're Looking For
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and compassionate toward patients.
- Prior CNA, Home Health Aide, or Medical Assistant experience required.
- No weekends or holidays (schedule constraint). Nice to Have
