仙台勤務の新卒向けIT Engineer/Testerを募集します。顧客向けのアプリケーションやインフラ（IT、通信B/OSS、IP・Core、Cloud、Network等）のテスト、運用、トラブル対応を担当します。

主な業務

• 顧客インフラの導入・設定、監視・最適化の支援

• システム仕様に基づくコードやインターフェースの作成、単体・機能テスト、デバッグ

• テストケースの設計・実行、障害の記録・修正確認

• IT利用者からの問い合わせ対応、サービス復旧、障害票や不具合修正に伴うデータ調整

• 業務プロセスのKPIやデータ品質を監視するスクリプトの作成・改善

応募要件

• 2028年3月までに卒業予定の方

• 日本語で顧客やIT利用者と円滑にやり取りできる方（会話・読み書き必須）

• ITシステム、ソフトウェアテスト、システムサポート、IT運用に関心のある方

• 問題解決力、協調性、学ぶ意欲のある方。実務経験は問いません

About this opportunity

We are looking for a new graduate to join our customer-facing team in Sendai. You will test, administer, troubleshoot, and support customer application and infrastructure systems across IT, Telco B/OSS, IP and Core, Cloud, and Network domains. You may work on-site or remotely and help deliver customer-requested services through manual and/or automated testing, test execution, and defect tracking.

What you will do

• Install and configure customer infrastructure; support monitoring, optimization, and tuning.

• Help assess product and system impacts and maintain technical documentation.

• Develop codes and interfaces to specifications; perform basic unit and functional tests, debug, and fix software issues.

• Design, clarify, and execute test cases; log defects, retest fixes, and update tracking tools.

• Support service assurance by responding to IT users, restoring normal service, and handling data alignment for trouble tickets and bug fixes.

• Help improve end-to-end process quality by developing scripts to monitor business-process KPIs and data quality.

What you bring

• Expected to graduate by March 2028.

• Fluent Japanese, spoken and written, is required for communication with customers and IT users.

• Interest in IT systems, software testing, system support, or IT operations; prior experience is not required.

• Careful problem-solving, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills, with an interest in learning test design, performance testing, scripting, and service request/disruption management.
