New Grad Tech Development Program – Software Development & Cloud Stream
What you’ll do here:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Participate in the development and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services
- Monitor and optimize application performance in cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and secure software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software and cloud environments
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development and cloud computing
What you bring to the table:
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, graduating by May 2027 or within the past year
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology
- Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Framework for backend development and understanding of Angular and TypeScript for frontend development
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of Agile development methods
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
