About this role
About the Role Netflix's Emerging Talent / New Grad Program invites new graduates to join across many different areas of Netflix, including technical and business functions within the United States. The program is designed to deeply integrate you into Netflix, with onboarding and dedicated New Grad sessions that encompass technical training, professional development, and personal wellness. You’ll also build community with fellow New Grads and with more experienced peers and leaders. New Grad roles are typically posted in late September or October, with availability varying by year. What You'll Do
- Participate in dedicated New Grad sessions that encompass onboarding and technical training, helping you hit the ground running.
- Develop professionally and support your personal wellness while building community with fellow New Grads and with more experienced peers and leaders.
- Go through Netflix’s interview process (take-home assessment followed by two rounds) and demonstrate your technical (if applicable), role-specific, and behavioral skills to align with your Dream Team. What We're Looking For
- Interest in entertainment and in contributing across technical and business functions within the United States.
- Willingness to participate in the interview process: take-home assessment and two rounds, with advancement based on feedback; ability to demonstrate technical (if applicable), role-specific, and behavioral skills.
