What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through a welcoming, transparent, and no-pressure vehicle buying experience.

• Conduct vehicle walkthroughs, offer test drives, and explain key features, technology, pricing, and financing options.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate closely with sales management, finance experts, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.

• Achieve personal sales goals while consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

• What We’re Looking For

• A highly motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to learn and adapt.

• Ability to stay active and comfortable on your feet throughout the workday across our campus.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and drive company vehicles).

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full, paid training for the right person!
