Network Resiliency Engineer
A private family office and investment organization is seeking a Network Resiliency Engineer to support offices, residences, and specialty locations across a global footprint.
This role is responsible for designing and maintaining reliable connectivity solutions, managing network redundancy and failover strategies, troubleshooting complex ISP and networking issues, and supporting new construction and renovation projects from a technology perspective.

Design and support fiber, cable, LTE/5G, and satellite connectivity solutions
-
Own internet redundancy, failover, and network resiliency initiatives
-
Troubleshoot complex ISP, networking, and infrastructure issues

-
Travel domestically and internationally as needed
-
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of network engineering, connectivity, or infrastructure experience
-
Strong experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networking, and ISP circuits
-
Experience designing redundancy and failover solutions
-
Familiarity with carriers, WAN technologies, and multi-site environments
-
CCNA or similar networking certifications preferred

Important Considerations
-
This is a hands-on networking role, not a cloud or DevOps position.
-
Candidates should be comfortable supporting business-critical environments, responding to connectivity issues when they arise, and traveling approximately 15% of the time, including occasional short-notice domestic and international travel.
-
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving real-world connectivity challenges where reliability matters.
