About the Role The Network Provisioning Manager (m/f/d) role supports Deutsche Telekom AG in delivering reliable network provisioning services. This position is positioned within the T-Systems Schweiz AG environment and involves coordinating provisioning activities for network services. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee provisioning workstreams for network services to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineering, service delivery, and sales
- Monitor provisioning progress, identify risks, and drive remediation actions
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to clarify requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards What We're Looking For
- Experience in network provisioning, service delivery, or related operations
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus Nice to Have
- Experience in Swiss or European telecom environments
- Knowledge of provisioning tools and OSS/BSS systems
